This policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting and obtaining refunds for purchases made on eternalshokan.com, including purchases of special cards for participation in the Game and purchases of Crystals.
A refund may be granted if requested within 14 calendar days after the purchase only if the product/service has not been activated/used or received. Refunds may also be considered in cases where:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after approval of the refund request, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider and issuer bank. The User acknowledges that issuer banks may charge processing or conversion fees; such fees are outside the Company’s control.
This Refund Policy is governed by Bulgarian law and disputes shall be resolved by the competent consumer courts of Bulgaria. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
