Refund Policy

This policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting and obtaining refunds for purchases made on eternalshokan.com, including purchases of special cards for participation in the Game and purchases of Crystals.

1. 14-Day Refund Right

A refund may be granted if requested within 14 calendar days after the purchase only if the product/service has not been activated/used or received. Refunds may also be considered in cases where:

• a payment was duplicated or made in error;
• a technical failure on our side prevented delivery;
• the purchase was successful but Crystals were not credited to the User’s Member Account.

2. Limitations and Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted where:

• the digital product/service was activated or used;
• Crystals were credited and then used (in full or in part); only the unused portion is refundable where technically feasible;
• non-delivery is caused by incorrect information provided by the User.

Where technically feasible, the Company may refund only the unused portion of Crystals.

3. Request Process

To request a refund, the User must contact: info@eternalshokan.com and provide:

• account email;
• order identifier/receipt;
• date and amount of purchase;
• brief description of the issue.

We may request additional information to verify the request and prevent fraud.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days after approval of the refund request, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider and issuer bank. The User acknowledges that issuer banks may charge processing or conversion fees; such fees are outside the Company’s control.

5. Disputes

This Refund Policy is governed by Bulgarian law and disputes shall be resolved by the competent consumer courts of Bulgaria. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.
