Game: The online game and related digital services offered on the Website.
Member Account: An account created by a User after accepting these Terms.
Crystals: Virtual in-website currency that can be purchased and used only within the Website and in connection with the Game. Crystals are not legal tender, have no monetary value outside the Website and are non-transferable.
User / Customer: Any person who registers a Member Account or uses the Website after reviewing and accepting these Terms.

These Terms govern all use of the Game and the Website, whether accessed via desktop, mobile or any other device. They form a binding contract between the User and the Company.
By creating a Member Account, accessing the Website, purchasing Crystals or other digital goods where prompted, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these documents, do not use the Website.
If the User disagrees with any part of these documents, the User must not use the Website.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website.
These Terms may be published in several languages for convenience; however, only the English version constitutes the legally binding agreement. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.
To use the Game and purchase digital goods, you must create a Member Account by providing a valid email address and choosing a password. You may also choose a display name or username within the Game. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each User is allowed only one Member Account. The Company may suspend or close accounts where multiple accounts are detected or where inaccurate or fraudulent information is used.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
The Company does not generally require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, as it is not a financial institution. However, we may request proof of age or identity where required by law, to prevent fraud or to verify compliance with these Terms.
You may request closure of your Member Account at any time by emailing us from the email address associated with the account. Ensure there are no unresolved transactions or pending deliveries before submitting your request. The Company may suspend or close an account at its discretion where the User breaches these Terms, where fraud or misuse is suspected, or where closure is required for legal or security reasons. Upon closure, any remaining unused Crystals or unused digital entitlements may be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy, where technically feasible and permitted by applicable law. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Fees charged by payment providers or banks are the User’s responsibility.
The Website offers digital goods, including the ability to purchase Crystals and to acquire special cards or items for use in the Game. Special cards are purchased exclusively using Crystals and cannot be purchased directly with fiat currency. Delivery and access are provided electronically via your Member Account and/or within the Game environment.
Crystals:
Unless otherwise stated, 1 Crystal costs €1.00. Pricing may also be displayed in USD where available. The Company may change the price at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.
The Member Account does not hold monetary funds. Users purchase Crystals, which are credited to the account upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to maintain a sufficient balance of Crystals for purchasing digital goods or participating in the Game.
The Company accepts payments in EUR and USD. If a payment is made in a different currency, the payment provider or issuer bank may apply conversion.
Available payment methods include Visa and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added later and will be displayed on the Website.
All payments on the Website are processed by independent third-party payment gateway providers. The Company does not collect or store card data and does not sell or disclose card data to third parties.
The User acknowledges that their bank or card issuer may charge additional processing or currency conversion fees. Such fees are the User’s responsibility.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. A refund is granted if requested within 14 days after purchase only if the product was not activated/used or received. If performance of digital content/services begins immediately (Crystals credited and used), the User may lose the right to a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We continually develop and update the Game. We may add, modify or remove features, content or Crystals. If a change significantly reduces the value of unused digital goods or services you have purchased, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund for the unused portion. Updates that improve functionality, fix bugs or enhance security are not eligible for refunds. Your continued use of the Game after an update signifies your acceptance of the updated services.
To lodge a complaint related to the Website, Member Account, purchases or the Game, contact info@eternalshokan.com. The complaint should include sufficient information to identify the User and the relevant transaction or issue and should be submitted within 14 calendar days from the event giving rise to the complaint. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the User may pursue remedies under applicable Bulgarian consumer protection rules or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
The Website and the Game are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company shall not be liable for interruptions or failures beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
The Company operates under and complies with the laws of Bulgaria. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The Company is subject to applicable local law and the jurisdiction of competent consumer courts and mandatory consumer protection mechanisms in Bulgaria. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
