Game: The online game and related digital services offered on the Website.
Member Account: An account created by a User after accepting these Terms.
Crystals: Non-transferable game credits usable on the Website. Only the balance identified as withdrawable under Section 8 may be converted into fiat.
Eligible Card: A specific digital Card qualifying for Sell to Platform under Section 7.
Original Purchase Value: The fiat amount actually paid for a Card, or the recorded paid value of Crystals spent on it, excluding bonuses, discounts and reversed amounts.
Sell to Platform: Surrender of the User's game-use rights to an Eligible Card to the Company for the quoted buyback amount.
Rental: The temporary grant of a right to use an Eligible Card owned by another User, made through the in-game Shop.
Rental Period: The period selected at the time of the Rental during which the renter may use the rented Card.
Available Withdrawal Balance: The recorded fiat value of eligible, unspent paid Crystals and completed buyback credits, excluding reserved or restricted amounts.
Withdrawal: Payment of an eligible amount to the User under Section 8, separate from a statutory purchase refund.
User / Customer: Any person who registers a Member Account or uses the Website after reviewing and accepting these Terms.
Company: IQ CLEANING LTD.
Website: eternalshokan.com and any subdomains through which the Game is offered.
These Terms cover gameplay, purchases from the Company, Sell to Platform and Withdrawals. The Company is the counterparty to each buyback and pays from its own funds. User-to-user sales, transfers and rentals are not offered. Card rentals between users are available only as described in Section 7.4.
By creating a Member Account, accessing the Website, purchasing Crystals or other digital goods where prompted, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these documents, do not use the Website.
If the User disagrees with any part of these documents, the User must not use the Website.
Before confirming a buyback or Withdrawal, Users must accept the applicable transaction terms and any required payment provider terms.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Website.
Material changes require advance notice. Revised fees or eligibility rules do not retrospectively alter confirmed buybacks or amounts already payable.
These Terms may be published in several languages for convenience; however, only the English version constitutes the legally binding agreement. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails.
To use the Game and purchase digital goods, you must create a Member Account by providing a valid email address and choosing a password. You may also choose a display name or username within the Game. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each User is allowed only one Member Account. The Company may suspend or close accounts where multiple accounts are detected or where inaccurate or fraudulent information is used.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
Buybacks and Withdrawals are available only in supported countries disclosed before an eligible purchase.
Identity, age, residence and payment-card ownership must be verified before buybacks or Withdrawals are enabled. Additional evidence may be requested for fraud prevention or legal compliance, without restricting mandatory refund rights.
You may request closure of your Member Account at any time by emailing us from the email address associated with the account. Ensure there are no unresolved transactions or pending deliveries before submitting your request. The Company may suspend or close an account at its discretion where the User breaches these Terms, where fraud or misuse is suspected, or where closure is required for legal or security reasons. Upon closure, any remaining unused Crystals or unused digital entitlements may be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy, where technically feasible and permitted by applicable law. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Fees charged by payment providers or banks are the User’s responsibility.
Closure does not cancel legitimate amounts payable. Pending transactions and disputes will be resolved, and eligible remaining amounts paid subject to legal restrictions. Mandatory refunds remain unaffected.
The Website offers digital goods, including the ability to purchase Crystals as well as special cards, and other content for use in the Game. Special cards and other content for use in the Game may be acquired either by using Crystals or by purchasing them directly with fiat currency (GBP, EUR or USD), where such an option is made available on the Website. Crystals themselves are purchased with fiat currency in accordance with Sections 8 and 9. Delivery and access to all digital goods are provided electronically via your Member Account and/or within the Game environment.
Only individually identified Cards bought at a disclosed fixed price using fiat or fully paid Crystals may qualify. Cards from random packs, rewards, bonuses or transformations of ineligible items cannot be monetised. Eligibility is displayed before purchase.
The Company may offer up to 80% of the Card’s Original Purchase Value, not its current catalogue price. Before acceptance, the User sees the exact quote and resulting withdrawable credit. The balance not returned is the buyback deduction; no further buyback fee applies. Gameplay results do not increase the quote or create withdrawal rights.
Acceptance removes the Card and its usage rights from the User and credits the agreed Crystal amount with its recorded fiat value. This credit may be spent or withdrawn, but not both. No profit, future quotation or continued buyback availability is guaranteed; accepted transactions remain binding, subject to statutory rights and correction of fraud or error.
Users may rent eligible cards from other Users through the in-game Shop for a selected Rental Period. During the Rental Period, the rented cards are temporarily added to the renter's collection and may be used in battles, events, ranked play and other eligible game modes in the same manner as owned cards, subject to the applicable game rules.
Ownership of a rented card does not transfer to the renter. The renter receives only a temporary right to use the card for the duration of the Rental Period. Once the Rental Period expires, access to the card is automatically revoked and the card is returned to its owner.
A rented card cannot be sold to the Platform, transferred or sublet by the renter. While a card is rented out, its owner cannot use it or submit it for Sell to Platform until the Rental Period ends.
Crystals are non-transferable credits for the Company’s game content, not legal tender. Redemption is permitted only under this Section or the Refund Policy. Bonus and gameplay-earned Crystals have no cash redemption entitlement.
Unless otherwise stated, 1 Crystal costs 1.00 GBP, or the equivalent price displayed in USD or EUR at the time of purchase. Pricing may be displayed in USD, EUR and GBP where available. The Company may change the price at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.
The account separately shows paid, bonus, buyback, reserved and withdrawable balances. Each credit retains its purchase origin and recorded fiat value. Amounts payable by the Company are identified; interest is not paid.
Requests require a verified account, confirmed email and an eligible source card belonging to the User. Withdrawals are limited to the Available Withdrawal Balance and Section 8.7 cap. Payouts to other persons are prohibited.
A 5% fee applies to the gross withdrawal amount; the User receives 95%. It is charged only on successful payout and does not apply to mandatory refunds.
Before confirmation, the interface shows the Crystal debit, recorded fiat value, any exchange rate, fee, net payout and destination. The approved amount is reserved against duplicate spending and debited on success. A receipt records the transaction and remaining balance.
The gross request must not exceed the lower of the Available Withdrawal Balance and original settled payments less refunds, chargebacks, previous gross Withdrawals and pending reservations, with a zero floor. Values are counted once; buyback credits and recycled Crystals are not new payments. Limits apply per account and source card. Additional minimum and transaction limits are disclosed before an eligible purchase and request.
Payment goes to the same card that funded the relevant purchase, using the recorded funding allocation where several cards were used. An expired or replaced card requires processor-approved handling and renewed ownership verification, never payment to a third party.
Standard processing times are disclosed before an eligible purchase and request. Verification, settlement, fraud concerns or legal restrictions may delay processing; reasons and review updates are provided where permitted. On confirmed failure or cancellation, the reservation is released without a withdrawal fee. Any separate lawful hold remains subject to review.
The Company accepts payments in GBP, EUR & USD. If a payment is made in a different currency, the payment provider or issuer bank may apply conversion rates and fees.
Available payment methods include Visa and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added later and will be displayed on the Website.
Purchases and Withdrawals use the payment service provider identified in the transaction interface. The Company owes buyback amounts and instructs their payment from its own funds; it does not receive money on behalf of other Users. Full card details are not stored by the Company.
The User acknowledges that their bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge additional processing or currency conversion fees. Such fees are the User’s responsibility.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory law. Where a 14-day cancellation right applies, early digital supply requires express consent and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of that right, together with the required durable-medium confirmation. Rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain unaffected. Buybacks and Withdrawals do not replace statutory remedies. Their deductions, fees and payout caps do not reduce mandatory refunds. Any earlier payment for the same entitlement is accounted for without double recovery or loss of statutory rights.
The User shall not:
Price manipulation, fictitious transactions, third-party funding or payouts, laundering, duplicate recovery and attempts to convert bonuses, random rewards or ineligible Cards into withdrawable value are prohibited. Transaction restrictions must be proportionate and must not automatically forfeit legitimate amounts.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of the Member Account.
We continually develop and update the Game. We may add, modify or remove features, content or Crystals. If a change significantly reduces the value of unused digital goods or services you have purchased, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund for the unused portion where appropriate or where required by applicable law. Updates that improve functionality, fix bugs or enhance security are not eligible for refunds unless required by law. Your continued use of the Game after an update signifies your acceptance of the updated services.
Service changes do not cancel accepted buybacks, confirmed withdrawal entitlements or mandatory consumer rights. Affected pending transactions must be completed or reversed with restoration of the relevant entitlement.
Send complaints about purchases, buybacks or Withdrawals to info@eternalshokan.com, identifying the account and relevant transaction. We will investigate and provide a response or progress update. Only applicable statutory time limits apply; access to consumer remedies and courts remains unaffected.
The Website and the Game are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company shall not be liable for interruptions or failures beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Under UK consumer law, unfair terms are not binding on consumers.
The Company remains responsible for its own obligations, including valid buyback amounts and Withdrawals. Using a payment provider does not remove liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Company operates under and complies with the laws of England and Wales. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales and, where mandatory law allows, in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. If you are using the Website in the course of business, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
16.1 Eternal Shokan applies verification, fraud-prevention and compliance measures in accordance with applicable law and its AML Policy.
16.2 We may request identity documents, proof of ownership of the payment method or payout account, source-of-funds information, or evidence of lawful acquisition of Cards and the right to sell them, where reasonably required.
16.3 We may delay, restrict, reject or cancel transactions, listings, Card buybacks, payouts or account activity where verification is incomplete, suspicious activity is identified, or such action is reasonably required by applicable law, our AML Policy or the requirements of our payment or service providers. Where legally permitted, we will notify the affected User of the reason and any steps required to resolve the restriction.
